The Human Factor is headquartered in Birmingham, Michigan. We specialize in developing our clients in personal, professional, and leadership abilities. Our focus is strengthening these areas through self-discovery.

Our Beliefs

It is our contention that self-development programs need to start by building a solid foundation. This is achieved by developing extreme self-awareness before starting to work on the improvements you want to see. Once this foundation is in place, the behavioral changes that occur during the development process are more apt to be sustained.

About Our Owner - Click for Debi's Bio

Debi Hebel, MS HRM, CMC, has been in the Human Resources and people development fields for over 17 years. More than half of this time has been in an executive leadership role. Throughout this experience she has been a key player in the design of succession plans and the conditioning of individuals to take on leadership roles. Unfortunately, with this position also comes the witnessing of potential executives that fall from grace.

Out of these experiences, in combination with her education she decided to launch The Human Factor to help as many as possible achieve what they define as success and life-satisfaction.
